What is Avmart?

Avmart is online Grocery delivery Mobile Application company which enables you to order grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables and other products that you need every day, directly via your mobile.

Registration

How do I Login/ Signup?

You can register by Entering Your Mobile Number. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions & privacy Policy.

 

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on Avmart.com is absolutely free.

 

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Avmart?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Avmart account.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Avmart account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to a different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Can I have multiple accounts with the same mobile number and email id?

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one Avmart account only.

Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping groceries. Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.

 

Can I have different city addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple cities?

Yes, you can place orders for multiple cities.

 

What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from over 10,000 products spread across various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, personal care products, baby care products, pet products and much more.

What cities and locations do you operate in?

Avmart currently operates in Sikar Rajasthan.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can edit your location settings to check if we deliver in your area.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is INR 300. However, each store has a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery as a benchmark it should be INR 500. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder with the required list from the app.

Payments/Refund related queries

How can I make payments at Avmart?

Avmart accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayTM, and Other Wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders less than Rs. 1500.

When will I get my cashback?

If your transaction is eligible for a cashback, you will receive it within 6 to 12 hours of delivery, in your Avmart Wallet. In case of external wallet promotions, you will receive it within 72 hours of placing your order.

How long do you take to initiate my refund?

1) For pre-paid/online transactions the refunds will be credited/rolled back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets.

2) For COD related transactions the refund will reflect as Avmart Cash in the Avmart wallet within 24 hours, or the Customer has the option to get the refund in his/her designated bank account via NEFT (for which the Customer shall have to share the bank details) and in such a case the credit of refund into the designated bank account will take 7-10 working days.  

What is Avmart Cash?

Avmart cash is a cashless method of transacting on the Avmart Platform. Your Avmart Wallet is automatically activated upon registration. Any refund, for amount less than Rs. 1000, will be credited in the form of Avmart Cash which will be visible on the Avmart mobile app. This can be used at any point of time for future transactions on Avmart app . If you would like to transfer your Avmart Cash, do let us know via the help section and we will be happy to help you.

Can I top up my Avmart Cash?

Currently, we use Avmart Cash for refunds only. However, very soon you should be able to add money as Avmart Cash as well.

What is the validity of Avmart Cash?

Cashback will expire after a minimum duration of 60 days from last order unless specified or added through a separate campaign, which can be subject to a shorter expiry time.

How can I review my receipt?

We handover the receipt from the merchant to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.

Cancellation & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

Avmart provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab in “View Details”.
Please note: Once the order is packed, the merchant may levy a fee of Rs.30 if an order is cancelled by the customer.

If I want to return something?

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint via the app within 24 hours for non-perishable items and 12 hours for perishable items. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.You can also return the products which you are dissatisfied with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.

Can I reschedule my order?

Yes, you can do this by clicking on the Need Help option in “My Orders” section. You can also reschedule your order as per your convenience basis the slots available, provided the order is not already en route.
Please note: Once the order is packed, the merchant may levy a fee of Rs.30 if an order is rescheduled by the customer.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.

Placing an order

How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?

Our fruits and vegetable vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure the quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Do let us know within 24 hours if you’re not happy with the quality of the product received.

 

 

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Avmart?

Yes, it is. All transactions on Avmart are completed via secure payment gateways (Paytm Payments Gateway) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

I’m trying to place an order today but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?

Depending on store timings and store capacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day.

Can I schedule an order for my convenience?

Sure. At the checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice.

Delivery related queries

Do you charge for delivery?

Every store has its own delivery charges, which are waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the store. The minimum charges and the delivery charges are mentioned on the app at the checkout page.

What are your delivery times?

In some locations, our deliveries begin from 9 AM and the last delivery is completed by 10 PM.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different locality.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
